MAYBE WATSON | THE WEB SERIE : ENTER THE DANCE

To accompany his most recent solo album, "Enter The Dance", released 2 weeks ago, Maybe Watson presents a 2-part web series of the same name. "Enter The Dance" features the rapper as Baby, a great New York dancer who was pushed out of the spotlight by a nasty injury, and Alexis B. Martin who plays a parody of Nico Archambault, but also Anthony Montreuil, Léa Girard-Nadeau, Livia Martin, Claude Bégin, Adamo Marinacci and many others. This hilarious web series deals seriously with Maybe Watson's real-fake career as a dancer and recounts his setbacks and victories as he tries to get back to the top in a caricatured New York full of characters, each more absurd than the next.

With "Enter The Dance", Maybe Watson wanted to redefine the way music is imaged. Instead of accompanying his new album with music videos only, the rapper wanted to bring to the screen his entire artistic universe, as fun as it is flamboyant. A funny and visually licked parody web-series with the album tracks as the soundtrack was the ideal way to do it.

This Saturday, Maybe Watson will present "Enter The Dance" for the first time in Montreal. The rapper has planned a colourful concert with many guests and dancers on stage.
