LUCILL PRESENTS HIS THIRD ALBUM : SANS ADRESSE RETOUR
Lucill (Raphaël Bussières) unveils Sans adresse retour, his third album, co-written with Zoé Sanders. More personal and accomplished than ever, it puts his guitars at the forefront but above all, his sensitive perspective on life, its twists and transformations.
Sans adresse retour embodies the idea of moving forward without always knowing where the road leads, of turning pages, embracing love, friendship, and the changes that shape a life. Each song carries that blend of intimacy and universality: we see ourselves in it.
The album drifts through a folk and country atmosphere, sometimes more rock, always organic and driven by the power of guitars. The arrangements breathe, giving space to the voices and silences, keeping emotion at the forefront.
Lucill surrounded himself with friends and close collaborators from the Montreal scene to bring this record to life, one that feels both intimate and collective: Marco Ema, Thaïs, Gabriel Lapointe, Zachary Boileau, Pascal Shefteshy, Jérémie Essiambre, Alexis Gagnon, and Francis Mineau.
Originally from Chibougamau and now based in Montreal, Lucill draws from his roots and encounters to deliver an album that stands in the continuity of Quebec songwriting while opening up new horizons. Sans adresse retour emerges as a mature, poetic, and deeply human work that lingers long after the first listen.
