ZAGATA JOINS FORCES WITH CLODELLE FOR "ANYWAY"
Zagata and Clodelle join forces for the first time on “Anyway”. A gentle, nuanced song that leaves plenty of room for words and fragility. We hear the mourning, the choice of sobriety, the fatigue of always falling back, but also the desire to choose oneself.
Some songs don't try to impress. They exist because we needed them. “Anyway” fits the bill. Like a song written down as a note that you leave on the corner of the table, so as not to forget what you're trying to become.
“Anyway” is not a song like any other. It's a lucid yet hopeful statement: words are no good without actions, but actions can change everything. Produced from A to Z by Zagata, the song is the most introspective on her forthcoming album this autumn.
