Quebec, January 6, 2026 :Webster releases “Pt. III,” a new collaboration that brings together two generations of Quebec City rap: veteran MC Webster and young Limoilou artist Melvin.
The track is part of the On fait le son series, a long running, multi chapter project that has circulated for years among the pillars of Quebec City’s rap scene. Following the first two chapters by Loki and Webster, “Pt. III” carries the lineage forward. Same flame, same spirit, but a new voice pushing the sound ahead.
Over a beat by DJ Nerve, backed by scratches from the late DJ Fade Wizard, Webster and Melvin deliver sharp, tightly written rhymes filled with wordplay, layers, and nods to be decoded. It is pure rap, thoughtfully crafted and true to the essence of Limoilou.
The video, shot in the neighborhood streets by JohnJohn, brings back the straight spittin’ 90s feel: two MCs, one mic, and the truth of the moment.
“Pt. III” is a passing of the torch. A bridge between the old school and the next generation. Proof that Limoilou continues to make bold, proud, and uncompromising sound.
