PASTEUR PAPILLON CONTINUES HIS PATH WITH « PROFITER DE LA VUE »

Pasteur Papillon returns with “Profiter de la vue”, the first single from his upcoming album Gospel d'un charognard, due out on November 7, 2025.

The autobiographical song is directly inspired by his own journey: that of a young man from the countryside, driven by the fire of adolescence, who leaves everything behind to follow his musical dream. Without a suitcase and with almost nothing in his pockets, he travels through Montreal, New York, London, and Los Angeles, leaving security behind to answer the call of creativity. “Profiter de la vue” recounts the thrill of departure, the obsession with creation, and the idea that the journey is as precious as the destination.

This ode to movement and freedom echoes the trajectory of Pasteur Papillon himself. A music backpacker for many years, he has lived a thousand lives and traveled a thousand roads, stringing together jobs in the industry and adventures on stage, from the hustle and bustle of big cities to the quiet mornings of his native countryside. His writing, sometimes gritty, often festive, always sincere, is rooted in this lived experience, which he now transforms into song.
With “Profiter de la vue,” he is opening a new chapter and paving the way for Gospel d'un charognard, an album that will blend his American roots with his creative freedom.
