MARIEME UNVEILS « DELULU » WITH CLODELLE AND IMPOSS
Marieme returns with “DELULU,” an explosive collaboration with Clodelle and Imposs. An ambitious track at the crossroads of pop, urban sounds and international influences, the song recalls major festive hits that easily cross borders.
“DELULU,” a common expression on the web derived from the word delusional, refers to a person or situation caught in illusion. The song embraces letting go, reclaiming power and choosing to dance instead of dwelling on a relationship that has become “delulu.” With multiple roots (Quebec, Senegal, Haiti), the rhythmic and dance-driven production is handled by Farfadet, Zagata and Lou Bélanger.
